How to Make Red Grape Blueberry Smoothie
Soak the chia seeds: To a small bowl, add the chia seeds and water then mix and cover the bowl. Allow the seeds to soak in the water for 30 minutes.
Squeeze the juice from the oranges: Cut the oranges in half and use a citrus squeezer to remove all the liquid from them.
Blend all the ingredients: Add the red grapes, blueberries, chopped apple, orange juice and the soaked chia seeds to a large blender and blend on a medium setting. Serve and enjoy.

- This recipe can easily be halved if you want to make a single serving.
- The chia seeds will have a jelly like texture once soaked which is normal.

Blueberry Smoothie with Red Grapes
Ingredients
- 20g chia seeds
- 2 tablespoon cold water
- 2 large oranges
- 200g red grape rinsed
- 200g blueberries rinsed
- 1 medium gala apple rinsed and chopped with core removed
Instructions
