Bake the wings
Preheat the oven to 200oC and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Arrange the wings on the tray and ensure there is space between them. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes turning halfway through. Remove from the oven and transfer the wings to a heatproof bowl.
Make the sauce
Add the butter to a pan on a low heat then add the mince garlic, parsley and parmesan. Mix until the parmesan melts then remove from the heat.
Combine the sauce with the wings
Pour the sauce onto the wings and mix well to coat the wings. Arrange the wings and sauce on the baking tray you originally used and bake for another 15 minutes. Once baked, allow the wings to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Recipe Tips
- If like me you clean your chicken before cooking then it’s ideal to clean your sink and the areas around the sink with disinfectant after you clean it. Also try and avoid the water splashing everywhere while cleaning. Ensure there are no plates or cups nearby.
- If you are using more wings then 750g then add a little more of each ingredient. The good thing about this recipe is that all the ingredients don’t have to be exact.
Storage
Store left over chicken wings in an airtight container, refrigerate and use within 3 days.
