Simple Honey Toasted Oats
These simple toasted oats are crunchy, lightly sweet and made with everyday ingredients. Perfect for yoghurt bowls, breakfast or meal prep.

- 200g rolled oats
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 50g vegetable oil
- 50g honey
Preheat the oven to gas mark 2/150°C/130°C fan/300°F and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Add the rolled oats and salt to a mixing bowl then give them a quick mix. In a small bowl, mix together the oil and honey. Pour the wet mixture over the oats and stir well until everything is evenly coated.
Spread the mixture onto the baking tray and bake for 45 minutes, stirring halfway through. Remove from the oven and allow the granola to cool completely on the tray.
