Prawn Cocktail Sandwich

- 60g cooked peeled prawns
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon tomato ketchup
- ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
- pinch black pepper
- pinch garlic powder
- pinch onion powder
- 20g romaine lettuce chopped
- 2 slices bread
- 10g butter
Dry the prawns with a paper towel to remove the moisture then chop them into small pieces and add them to a bowl.
To the bowl with the prawns, add the mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, black pepper, garlic powder and onion powder then mix them with the prawns.
Spread the butter on both slices of bread then layer the prawn cocktail on one slice. Top the prawn cocktail with the lettuce and close the sandwich, cut in half and enjoy.
